This description supplements to the drawings and explains the whole operation process. To simplify transportation and installation works, the plant is placed in container (6 м x 2, 44 m x 3 m).
Two modifications of the plant are available: 1. capacity 10 t/h, one container with compressed air; 2. capacity 20 t/h, two containers with compressed air.
.Unpacked (due to time savings) bags with cement are supplied into loading hopper (pos.3). Loading hopper is shut with cover (pos.2). To avoid any accidents, hopper is provided with digital end switch that is flush mounted to the upper edge of the container.
.At the end of the loading hopper there is grinding machine where bags with cement are crushed (pos.4). Derived compound is dropped down into transfer silo (pos.5) disposed under the grinding machine.
.To prevent dust formation, air venting plant is installed near the transfer silo (pos.1).
.From transfer silo (pos.5) cement and crushed paper are drawn off by switched-on screw conveyor (pos.6)
.Screw conveyor supplies cement into pressure vessel conveyor (pos.7). From pressure vessel conveyor cement is conveyed into silos for cement by means of compressed air.
.Pressed air is supplied by means of screw compressor (pos.8). Additional container with pressed air (volumetric capacity up to 1000 l) provides for required air volume and ensures constant air injection. Air injection process is carried out at pressure 1,5 - 2,5 bar.
.In case of operating the plant with capacity 20 t/h, cement is charged into 2 containers with compressed air through distribution conveyor (two-channel distribution). Screw conveyor capacity and compressor power depend on the quantity of containers used in operation.
.Container is equipped with built-in control box (pos.10) to control and monitor the whole operation process from supplying bags into loading hopper till charging cement compound into silo.
